"I am a divorced mother of two that found herself without a job and dealing with an eviction. At Met Council, I was given help through the Career Center. They helped me with computer skills and made 3 resumes from the original I had. I had been searching for 8 months for a job. Once I got my new resumes I found a job 2 weeks later as a Production Coordinator at Talbots. Met Council also helped me with clothes for my new job.  It doesn't end there: Met Council also covered one month's rent for me. Met Council has helped me to start a new life."
