Met Council is looking for pro bono volunteers from all disciplines, particularly with legal and fiscal experience, but also those with experience in marketing, human resources and other areas. These professionals are crucial to helping us advance our mission and expand our work in areas where our own staff lacks the time or skills. Pro bono work is highly fulfilling, provides mentoring and networking opportunities, and gives volunteers the chance to use their unique skills to give back to the community.

LEGAL VOLUNTEERS
Pro bono lawyers are needed to take on client cases ranging from landlord/tenant disputes, divorce, immigration and consumer matters. We also seek aid for business matters such as forming contracts and policies. Because our needs are so varied, we can find a match for almost any background.
For more information about our clients' legal needs, please read our Legal Services brochure.
FISCAL VOLUNTEERS
Our needs for fiscal experts always change but often include help with creating and developing budgets, doing cash flow tracking, forecasting and modeling.
OTHER PROFESSIONALS
If you are looking to give back and volunteer your professional skills, we would love to hear from you! Whether your experience is in marketing, HR, administration, education or other areas, Met Council’s wide array of programs and diverse client base has opportunities for pro bono volunteers from all disciplines to give back in a meaningful way.
